Founder, Developer & Digital Strategist

Tarik Ullah

I am a developer, a strategist, and a founder on a mission to bridge the gap between human values and global technology. Through my ventures—Microun, MenualBox, and Banglapi—I have dedicated my career to building digital ecosystems that are high-performing, eco-friendly, and accessible to everyone. My journey began in the heart of Dhaka, where I learned that true success is rooted in resilience and a commitment to helping others. Today, I use those lessons to provide world-class hosting, sustainable marketplaces, and affordable AI solutions that prioritize people over profit. I don’t believe in just building businesses; I believe in creating tools that empower students, support families, and make the future more efficient for us all. Whether I am writing code or architecting a new platform, my goal remains the same: to stay humble, stay curious, and make life a little more awesome for every person I serve.

The 3 Stories That Made Me

A Debt of Love

My life started with my mother’s incredible sacrifice. Her choice to protect my health before I was even born is a debt I can never repay. It reminds me every day to live with purpose and to care for others as she cared for me.

The Early Spark

I’ve always been curious. Even as a small child, I was eager to learn, begging for a tutor so I could understand the world. That simple curiosity is what led me to technology and the work I do today.

Stepping Up

In 2021, when my father passed away, my world changed. I had to learn how to help lead our family. Working the night shift at the bakery while studying by day taught me what it means to be responsible and stay dedicated.

My Story

If you are reading this, you likely know me as the founder of Microun, MenualBox, or Banglapi. You might see the businesses, the code, or the digital strategies I build for clients around the world. But before I was a founder, I was a son. And before I was a developer, I was a dreamer in the streets of Dhaka.

My journey wasn’t paved with gold; it was paved with the resilience of my parents and the unshakeable belief that with enough hard work, a boy from Dhaka can serve the world.

A Life Begun with Sacrifice

My story begins in 2004, in a small medical clinic in Mirpur 11, Dhaka. But the fight for my life started months before. When my mother was pregnant with me, she fell dangerously ill. The doctors gave my father a heartbreaking choice: she could take strong medication to save her own health, but it would likely cost my life.

My mother refused. She chose to endure unimaginable pain and illness rather than risk my safety. She didn't take a single pill. I was born from that act of pure, selfless love. That reality defines who I am today. I do not take a single day for granted because I know my very existence is a gift she fought for.

The Hunger to Learn

Growing up in Mirpur, our life was simple but filled with love. We lived in rented houses, moving a few times, but our home was always where our family was.

I remember being just three years old, watching my elder brother and sister study with their home tutor. I was so desperate to join them that I would cry to my parents for my own admission. I didn't want toys; I wanted to learn.

That hunger carried me through Alhaz Abbas Uddin High School. I wasn't just studying to pass exams like the PSC, JSC or SSC; I was studying to understand how the world worked. I was fortunate to be guided by mentors like Badiujjaman Sir—a PT teacher with the wisdom of a scholar—and his wife, who treated me like her own son. They taught me that education isn't just about grades; it’s about character.

2021: The Year Everything Changed

After passing my SSC and entering Vashantek Government College, life threw our family its hardest challenge. The COVID-19 pandemic hit, and we were stuck in our village home in Brahmanbaria. But the true storm came after we returned to Dhaka.

On January 23, 2021, just after the Maghrib prayer, my father passed away.

He was a businessman who ran a bakery factory, supplying bread and food to stores across Dhaka. He was the roof over our heads. When he died, that roof cracked. I was just a student, but suddenly, I had to become a man.

To keep our family afloat, I stepped into his shoes. I spent my nights working in the bakery—managing production, dealing with heat and flour, and ensuring the business survived. By day, I attended college. And in the few hours of silence between work and sleep, I sat at my computer.

Turning Pain into Purpose

In those quiet, exhausted hours, I taught myself the skills of the future. I learned Graphic Design, Web Development, and Coding. I started freelancing on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, not just to make money, but to build a path forward.

That period of struggle birthed the entrepreneur you see today. I realized that if I could survive the pressure of the bakery and the grief of losing my father, I could build anything.

Building an Ecosystem for Good

Today, I am a BBA student at the North South University (NSU), but my true classroom is the companies I have built to serve you. My mission is to bridge the gap between complex technology and human needs.

  • Microun: I founded Microun to provide world-class IT services, hosting, and web development. We focus on eco-friendly hosting and affordable excellence because I believe every business deserves a strong digital foundation.
  • MenualBox: This is my vision for a sustainable B2B and B2C marketplace. It is designed to empower women and students to work from home while ensuring that commerce remains eco-friendly.
  • Banglapi: As we enter the age of AI, I created Banglapi to provide affordable AI tools and scripts. We are building the future of intelligence to make businesses more efficient.

My Promise to You

I am not a corporate executive in a distant tower. I am Tarik Ullah, a son who knows the value of hard work.
